SEOUL, Dec 16 - Asiana Airlines is considering selling a 23.95 percent stake in its sister firm Korea Express , a spokesman from its parent Kumho Asiana Group said on Thursday.
' expect it to speed up our ongoing restructuring,' the spokesman said.
Cash-strapped Kumho, South Korea's eighth-biggest business group by assets, recently handed over its controlling stake in Daewoo Engineering & Construction to Korea Development Bank, its main creditor. [ID:nTOE6BC06P]
