Seoul shares at 10-mth closing high;techs, banks up

Reuters - Monday, July 20SEOUL, July 20 - Seoul shares posted their highest close in nearly 10 months on Monday as upward momentum fueled by earnings hopes continued, with technology and financial issues including Samsung Electronics <005930.KS> leading gains.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> finished up 2.67 percent at 1,478.50 points, its highest close since late September, 2008.
