Linda Young - AHN Editor San Juan, Puerto Rico (AHN) - Six Americans are missing after their small plane crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off Puerto Rico on Sunday.
U.S. Coast Guard officials say searchers in helicopters and boats have been looking for survivors.
A debris field from the downed single engine plane was found in the ocean off the north coast of Puerto Rico near the city of Quebradillas.
All five passengers and the pilot aboard the plane were Americans. They were headed from the Dominican Republic to Puerto Rico when the plane crashed on Sunday.
