Channel NewsAsia - 2 22 SINGAPORE: Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin Rasheed will lead a business delegation to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India from January 10 to 13 to attend the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors' Summit 2009.
A Singapore Foreign Ministry statement said the summit is a biennial event aimed at bringing together business leaders, investors and policy makers to explore business opportunities in Gujarat.
Mr Zainul will give the inauguration address at the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors' Summit 2009.
He will also meet Chief Minister Narendra Modi and senior state officials and visit Indian companies in Gujarat. -- CNA/vm
