SEOUL, Dec 29 - Seoul shares opened lower on Tuesday following a four-session gaining streak, with losses in banks and telecommunications issues including KB Financial Group <105560.KS> and SK Telecom <017670.KS> weighing on markets.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> was down 0.69 percent at 1,673.95 points as of 0005 GMT.
