SEOUL, Dec 29 - Seoul shares declined on Tuesday with losses led by Kumho Asiana Group shares including Kumho Tire <073240.KS> amid renewed liquidity worries, while the ex-dividend effect dented markets further.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> finished down 0.78 percent at 1,672.48 points.
